How It Works

GT Travel Morocco provides private transport services and logistical coordination across Morocco. This page explains how we work, step by step, so expectations are clear from the outset. GT Travel Morocco does not operate as a tour operator and does not organize or sell travel packages.

We support travel agencies, corporate clients, and private travelers through structured operations, clear communication, and reliable on-the-ground execution.

1. Initial Request

You contact us with your travel dates, locations, and general requirements. We review your request to understand the transport needs and overall routing.
At this stage, our focus is on:
• Distances and approximate driving times
• Route feasibility
• Transport logistics only

2. Routes and Transport Coordination

Based on your request, we propose:
• Indicative transport routes
• Approximate driving times
• Vehicle and driver requirements

All routes, timings, and suggestions are indicative only and may vary depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, or other external factors.

GT Travel Morocco’s role is limited to transport execution and logistical coordination.

3. Driver Assignment

Once confirmed, a professional driver is assigned to your service.

Drivers are responsible for:
• Safe and professional driving
• Executing agreed transport services
• Adapting routes when necessary due to real-time conditions

Drivers are not licensed tour guides and do not provide guided visits, historical commentary, or activity supervision.

4. Coordination of Third-Party Services (Upon Request)

When requested by the client, GT Travel Morocco may facilitate or arrange third-party services, such as:

• Local guides
• Activities
• Camps or experiences operated by independent providers

These services are:
• Provided by independent third-party operators
• Booked on behalf of the client or with the client’s agreement
• Governed by the terms and responsibility of the third-party provider

GT Travel Morocco does not control, supervise, or operate third-party services and does not assume responsibility for their execution.

5. During the Journey

During transport services:
• Routes and timing may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, or local conditions
• Flexibility may be required
• Decisions may be taken in coordination with the client
• Travel conditions in Morocco can vary, particularly on mountain or desert routes.

6. After the Service

GT Travel Morocco’s responsibility ends once the agreed transport service has been completed.

Any feedback shared after the journey is welcomed and used to improve communication and coordination.

Important Clarification

GT Travel Morocco:
• Does not operate as a tour operator
• Does not sell or organize travel packages
• Provides transport services and logistical coordination only

When third-party services such as guides or activities are arranged upon request, these services remain under the sole responsibility of the independent provider.
