The booking process is in 3 steps:
(1) You request a quote via the means that suit you: website, e-mail, telephone.
(2) A consultant will send you a free, no-obligation proposal, after checking availability , any applicable special offers  and supplements.
(3) To confirm your stay, you must fill out the registration form online or on paper, then send it back to us with a 30% deposit (or the total amount for a departure within 30 days).

We shall do our best to make changes as per your request and shall not charge you anything unless there is a penalty charged by principal suppliers for making these changes.

The need for a visa depends on your nationality. For all nationalities, the maximum duration of the tourist trip is 90 days. A request for an extension can be made at the nearest police station to stay an additional 90 days.

For foreign nationals arriving in Morocco as part of an organized trip, a valid passport must cover at least the duration of the stay in Morocco.

Yes. It is advisable that you buy a comprehensive medical / travel insurance in advance from your country before travelling to Morocco.

A deposit of 30% of the price of the trip is required upon reservation.

The balance is due one month before departure.

When booking your trip, it is possible to make a quote and place an option during 24 hours. This option will only become a reservation once the customer has placed an order. After this 24 hour period, the price and availability will no longer be guaranteed.

Yes, any payment made will result in an invoice that we will send you by e-mail or by post.

Since minimum wages are very low in comparison to the cost of living in Morocco, we recommand to tip between 10% and 20% of the tour cost per person depending on the level of service provided by the guide.
