Scope of Services and Limitation of Liability

GT Travel Morocco’s responsibility is strictly limited to the provision of:

• Licensed transport vehicles

• Professional drivers

• Transport services along indicative routes and schedules, subject to real-time conditions and external factors

Limitation of Liability

GT Travel Morocco shall not be held liable for:

• Delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events

• Cancellations or modifications caused by force majeure

• Accidents or incidents not directly caused by gross negligence attributable to GT Travel Morocco

• Acts or omissions of third-party providers

• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings

• Health issues, injuries, illness, or death

• Decisions taken by the client during or outside transport services

The client acknowledges that travel inherently involves risks and agrees to assume full responsibility for their personal safety outside the strict scope of transport services.
