Terms & Conditions
1. Make a reservation
a) Your holiday contract is with GT Travel (‘the Company’), a company registered in Morocco, and all reservations are subject to these terms and conditions.
b) The Company will send any messages regarding your tour to the mail address provided on the booking form.
c) The Company booking form must be completed and submitted along with a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the booking at the time of booking.
d) The Company’s receipt of the deposit and booking form does not guarantee or indicate that the booking has been confirmed. No reservation is confirmed until the Company sends you a written notice. The Company maintains the right to decline a booking without giving a reason, in which case all deposits paid will be refunded.
e) You must pay for your tour in full at least 30 days before to departure. The Company maintains the right to cancel the booking and keep the deposit if payment is not received by the due date. The individual signing the booking form ensures that the total sum mentioned on the booking form will be paid in accordance with these terms. The signatory is responsible for ensuring that the Company is paid in full by the due date. There will be no reminders given.
f) Payment must be provided in full at the time of booking if you book within 30 days of your departure date.
g) Please specify any specific needs, such as dietary restrictions, on the booking form.
h) The Company will perform the service in the manner specified and confirmed in writing.
2. Price Policy
a) The Company is not obligated to provide a breakdown of the costs associated with a tour.
b) Before accepting your booking, the Company maintains the right to advise you of any price increases.
c) Unless you choose to pay for your tour in full at the time of booking, the price of your tour is subject to surcharges in certain limited circumstances after a Confirmation Invoice has been issued. However, a surcharge will only be applied to cover variations in transportation costs, such as fuel costs, the exchange rate applied to the specific package, or if the government or regulatory body introduces a tax increase. Even then, the Company will absorb 2% of the cost of your tour before passing any surcharge on to you. Surcharges will only be applied to amounts in excess of 2%. Surcharges will be communicated to you via a revised Confirmation Invoice.
d) If a surcharge would result in a 10% or greater increase in the total tour price shown on your original Confirmation Invoice, you may cancel your booking within 14 days of the date of issue of the revised Invoice and receive a full refund of all payments made to the Company, as well as any amendment charges previously incurred.
e) You have the option of paying for your tour in full at the time of booking, in which case the price of your tour will be fixed at the price stated by the Company at the time. To be eligible for this benefit, you must return the Confirmation Invoice to the Company with full payment within 7 days of the Confirmation Invoice’s due date.
3. Company Cancellations and Changes
a) It may be necessary to make adjustments to your tour on occasion, and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time. You will be advised of any changes as soon as feasible. If a major change to your trip is required due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control, you have the option to accept the change, book another tour from us, or cancel your tour. Compensation may be due in the event of a significant change, as described below.
b) There will be no compensation for small adjustments. Minimal modifications to departure and arrival times, and restaurant and accommodation upgrades to a comparable or greater standard are all examples of minor alterations.
c) Significant modifications include cancellation, delays of more than 12 hours in departure or return, and accommodation alterations to a lower standard.
d) Changes or cancellations due to Acts of God (Force Majeure), war, threat of war, riot, industrial dispute, natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical transportation problems, airport closures or congestion, adverse weather conditions, or any other event beyond the Company’s control will not be compensated. It is critical that you purchase sufficient travel insurance.
e) The Company reserves the right to terminate your tour at any time before to the departure date, even if you have received a confirmation notice. If your vacation is canceled, the company will return you the full amount you paid. There will be no monetary recompense.
f) If you do not pay the rest of the tour price at least 30 days before departure, the Company will deem your reservation as canceled and charge you the cancellation fees listed below.
g) The company also has the right to deny any person as a tour participant if they believe that person may jeopardize the health, safety, or enjoyment of other tour participants. In the event of any of the aforementioned events, the company’s entire liability and the client’s exclusive recourse shall be restricted to a refund of any money received, less any amounts already paid for services and administrative expenses.
4. Your Cancellation and Changes
